The scheme occupies a former bank and office building on Temple Street in the city centre of Birmingham.
The existing 200 year old classical facade will be retained and our design approach for new components will ‘synthesise’ with the existing architecture.
The footprint of the building will be enlarged and additional stories added to provide 650m² of office space across 5 floors, above a food and beverage unit at ground level. The basement will provide bike storage and showers.
