Our 100% affordable housing development in Gorton Manchester has been granted planning approval. The development comprises 13 two-storey houses and 102 apartments with car parking, and landscaping over two sites on either side of Gorton Lane. The homes are set for a mix of shared ownership and rent to buy.
At planning committee Councillor Ben Clay made comment on the public space included within the development, saying: “This appears to be a proposal not just for housing, but for a community.”
