Progress at Havelock

Work is well under way at Havelock, 70 Great Bridgewater Street, with the steelwork already installed for the two additional floor levels and roof level.

The new facade is starting to go on: precast stone panels with varying textures will form a plinth at street and canal level, and unitised glazing panels above will feature the perforated spandrels inspired by the jacquard punch cards used in silk manufacture.
