Outstanding BREEAM

We’re delighted that our project Havelock has been awarded an ‘outstanding’ BREEAM rating at its interim design stage.

This represents the very best in terms of building design and overall sustainable performance, with less than 1% of BREEAM assessments achieving the ‘Outstanding’ rating.

Havelock now accounts for one of only eight projects in Manchester that have been able to achieve an ‘Outstanding’ rating at either design or post-construction stage, and one of only two that include refurbishment works.
