Clippers Quay Submitted

Our Clippers Quay community living scheme for Cert Property has been submitted to Salford City Council for planning approval.

Clippers Quay tower will deliver 261 co-living studios, 126 apartments and 15 penthouses. The proposals include three floors of resident amenity space and a sky bar.

Amenity provision includes a café and lounge, restaurant, meditation spaces, fitness and yoga studios, co-working space, games and cinema room and auditorium. The proposals provide cycle storage an associated repair workshop and a roof terrace with sustainable allotment.
