Arrow Street Submitted for Planning

Our 70,000 sq ft extra-care facility on Arrow Street for Salix Homes has been submitted for planning approval. The scheme is being brought forward in partnership with Salford Clinical Commissioning Group to fulfil a requirement within Salford for extra-care homes.

The proposals will provide high quality extra-care and dementia friendly residential accommodation for people over the age of 55. Arranged in three brick and zinc clad blocks and connected by simple glazed links, the building will provide 70 dwellings in a landscaped garden setting. The architectural expression of bay fronts and dormer windows echo the site’s historic Melbourne Street terraces.
