PRS Development of the Year

One Greengate has won Urban Residential and PRS Development of the Year at the 2017 Insider Residential Property Awards.

The judging panel said the 500 apartment scheme in the Greengate area of Salford was a strong example of PRS delivery which demonstrated commercial success alongside additional benefits that make the project stand out from its competitors.
