Planning Application Submitted

A full planning application has now been submitted for our Chester Road development which is situated on the southern boundary of the Castlefield Conservation Area; the largest conservation area in Manchester.

The proposal comprises a total of 188 three, two and one bedroom residential apartments. This is supported by residents facilities incorporating a foyer, residents lounge and meeting rooms, gym facilities, swimming pool and a private terrace overlooking the basin.
